Vilitra 60 is a high-dose medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains 60 mg of Vardenafil, which is a potent phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Vardenafil works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an erection.

Vilitra 60 is usually prescribed for men who require a stronger dose than the standard 10 mg, 20 mg, or even 40 mg tablets, typically when lower doses have not been effective. It is taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last for approximately 4 to 5 hours.

Due to the high dosage, Vilitra 60 should be used only under medical supervision to reduce the risk of side effects. Common side effects include headache, flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, and upset stomach. More serious side effects, though rare, include prolonged erections (priapism), sudden vision or hearing loss, and chest pain, which require immediate medical attention.

Men taking nitrates or those with certain heart, liver, or kidney conditions should avoid using Vilitra 60. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting this medication to ensure safety.
